Job Description: Snow Plow Operators at McLeod Landscaping
Position: Snow Plow Loader Operators, Bobcat Operators, Snow Plow Truck Operators
Location: Tewksbury, MA
Employment Type: Seasonal (2025/2026 Winter)

As winter approaches, we are gearing up for the 2024/2025 season and are currently seeking highly motivated, experienced, and reliable individuals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plow trucks, loaders, and bobcats to efficiently remove snow from parking lots, driveways, and walkways.
- Ensure the safe and timely removal of snow and ice to maintain accessibility and safety for clients.
- Perform pre-season and post-season maintenance on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to execute snow removal plans effectively.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing weather patterns.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding site conditions and any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating snow plow trucks, loaders, or bobcats is required.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred for snow plow truck operators.
- Ability to work long hours during snow events, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
